Delete your Vaulted account

You can delete your account and its data at any time. The fastest way is in the app, but you can also request deletion here without signing in.

Fastest: delete in the app

Open Vaulted and go to Settings.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm. Deletion completes within 30 days.

If you can sign in, this is the simplest route.

Request deletion without the app

If you can't access the app, request deletion below. To protect your account, we'll email you a confirmation link before anything is deleted, so only someone with access to your account's email address can complete the request.

Prefer email? Write to privacy@vaulted.live from the email address on your account and we'll process your request.

What happens when you delete

Deleted

Your Vault, including shirts, photos, and value history
Your Wishlist
Your profile and account settings

Kept

Shirts you contributed that are now in the public catalogue, no longer linked to you
Records we're required to keep for legal or accounting reasons

Timeline. Deletion completes within 30 days. If you change your mind, contact privacy@vaulted.live within 30 days and we'll restore your account.
